Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due on the service date unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before the service date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or professional standards cannot be maintained. Client must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to service.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Clients are responsible for conducting patch tests if they have sensitive skin or known allergies.
